Frequently Asked Questions
It's not everyday you'll need specialist services like we provide so here's a list of questions we're used to answering to help you better understand what we do and how we do it.
Do you work weekends or public holidays?
Our team work a solid 5 days a week and all have families so we mostly don't work weekends and holidays, however we do make exceptions and are happy to discuss your project and how we might be able to get it done at a time that works for everyone.
Can I view your previous work?
You sure can! We've completed projects all over Auckland and beyond so tell us where you are and we'll point you at jobs we've done in your area. Our gallery should give you an idea of what a normal project looks like too.
What are your payment terms?
We prefer payment in cash or by bank transfer on completion of a job or within a week of invoicing however we can organise payment instalments if you are on a limited income or your project takes a particularly long time to complete.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we 100% guarantee our workmanship. If there has been damage caused to our work by other contractors we, of course would have to charge for any replacement or repairs.
Do you have Limited Liability Insurance?
Yes, we are a responsible business and are covered.
Do you have relevant trade qualifications?
We have certified plumbers and drain layers on our team and even our general labourers have over a decade of experience.
Can I help out to reduce the cost of my job?
Because we use heavy machinery in some of our work we prefer for any inexperienced people to not be within 20 feet of our equipment. If you are especially keen we can assess your project and if there are no safety issues (and you can keep up) you may be able roll your sleeves up.
